With fitness studios everywhere closed for the time being, we’ve all had to get creative. So, my cycling space for Pulse Revolution classes is looking a little different these days…

I’m using an app called Whereby! I’ve still got killer rides with great music. And, if you have your Blink armband at home, you can track your heart rate through your Heart Zones app!

While it’s definitely not the same as sweating in the same room together, we’re still having a great time! If you’d like to join us, please send me an email at cathie.apple@gmail.com and I will fill you in on all the details!

So far, our classes are on Wednesday and Saturday at 9am PDT. The really great part is that you can join us from ANYWHERE! As long as you have some kind of cardio equipment, you can play along! I teach to the bikes mainly, but we’ve had rowers join us, and the classes will work just as well on an elliptical or a treadmill!
